Since launching in 2019, our classes have grown into a thriving weekly timetable based exclusively at Calverton Village Hall, where we have built an amazing community of members of all ages and fitness levels. We are incredibly proud of how far CC Health & Fitness has come and love seeing so many familiar faces returning week after week.
We offer a fantastic mix of fun, energising classes designed to suit different goals, abilities, and fitness levels. Whether you want to improve fitness, build confidence, tone up, boost your energy, or simply enjoy moving your body in a welcoming environment. From dance fitness to holistic to weight training, there is something for everyone on our timetable.
