A. We do a massive range of dance fitness class from Zumba to Clubbercise to boxing, toning and much more! We offer classes from venue and on demand. Our minimum age limit is 16 so please consider this when booking onto a class.
A. Yes of course! We accept everyone to come to ours classes. We give out levels and encourage everyone to take it at their own pace no matter what the instructor is doing!

We will also add any new information onto our website and send out emails to all that would like to know about the classes.
We make sure our sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities. We always give levels in our workouts. Level 1 for a more low impact/intensity option, Level 2 for a medium Low impact/intensity option or level 3 for a high impact/intensity option.
Everyone is welcome to our classes whatever your gender.
Only Clubbercise branded glowsticks are allowed in classes which can be purchased from us at £6 for a pair that you can keep. These can be brought at the venue or you can purchase them online via our shop! Just head to 'shop' in the header. (We also have glowsticks that you can hire for the class for just £2.50 if you wish to not buy your own glowsticks).
You will need to complete a health form/questionnaire before participating in any class. We need this information so we can provide a safe class for you and so we do not invalidate our insurance. This information helps us also adapt any exercises/ moves accordingly if required to do so.

Please wear loose, comfortable and non restricitive clothing that you feel comfortable to work out in (sports/fitness clothing is recommended). Please wear Trainers that have support and can take impact that you can also move comfortably in. For the ladies, we recommend to wear sports bras for high impact classes.
You should not wear, Heels, Jeans, Flip Flops or socks as you will not be allowed to participate in classes if you attend wearing any of these.
You can expect a friendly, fun atmosphere that aims to give you the best workout. There is no judgment and we give different levels and options to our routines to suit all fitness levels and abilities. We encourage, support and motivate you every step of the way. Everyone is treated equally.
