"I have been attending CC Health & Fitness classes since the launch class and try not to miss a week. The Instructors Carla and Chantelle are enthusiastic and motivated to teach their classes and are always willing to chat to participants about worries or concerns. The Jungle body classes are an amazing concept - each routine only has 4 different types of moves and therefor it easy to follow. The instructors give clear instructions about different levels during each routine so that people of all levels of fitness can complete each routine and push themselves to the appropriate level. Currently the 2 classes on offer are Jagua/Burn! - ballet inspired moves and hand help weight tracks. Generally lower impact but that slow steady engagement of muscles helps to tone and boy do you feel the benefits later! Konga is really fun mix of boxing, kicks, punch's, squats, jumping jacks etc to amazing tunes. I love to work up a sweat during these classes. although climbing the stairs the next day can be a challenge. We are a friendly bunch - I come alone and have never felt awkward or silly. I would 100% recommend CC Health & Fitness and would urge you to come along if you've read my review and want to give it a go. You won't regret it!"
