Freestyle Fitness yoga is a Modern, Fitness based yoga concept.
It is not traditional yoga - Instead its a fusion of yoga postures, strength, balance and mobility training delivered in a fitness style.
The focus is on movement quality, flexibility, core strength and mindfulness without the sanskrit elements you'd find in traditional Yoga.
